I am Jenna, the heart behind Soulful Seasons. After a successful career leading teams in corporate America, I felt a deep calling to return to what truly matters to me: human connection, soulful presence, and honoring the stories and wisdom of our elders.
My journey began as a young adult working in a continuing life care community, where I built genuine connections with residents that left a lasting impact on my heart. As I deepened my own spiritual path, I became more aware of how unseen and undervalued our elders can sometimes feel in Western culture and how much beauty, insight, creativity, and life still lives within them, waiting to be celebrated.
Soulful Seasons was born from that awareness and a desire to offer more than companionship. It is about creating meaningful moments, thoughtful conversation, and experiences that bring joy, reflection, connection, and fulfillment. I approach every visit with respect, curiosity, integrity, and active listening, creating space for people to feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
To deepen the support I am able to offer elders and their families, I completed professional training through the University of Vermont as an End-of-Life Doula and am also a trained TimeSlips Creative Storytelling Practitioner and Facilitator. These approaches have strengthened my ability to support meaningful life reflection, legacy, creativity, connection, and compassionate conversations around aging and the end of life.
Together, they complement the heart of Soulful Seasons: meeting people exactly where they are and honoring who they are, not simply what they can remember, accomplish, or do.
I also hold certifications in Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED, bringing an added layer of preparedness and safety to every visit.
I serve elders and their families across Massachusetts, northeastern Connecticut, and northwestern Rhode Island.
