I do not provide medical, physical, or therapeutic care. My work focuses on soulful connection which includes listening deeply, engaging creatively, and helping clients explore their stories, purpose, and inner life.
I work with older adults seeking meaningful conversation, companionship, or emotional/spiritual connection, as well as family members who want to support a loved one through loneliness, transition, or self-reflection.
Each visit is personalized! It might include conversation over tea, a walk outside, creative reflection, storytelling, listening to music, or local outings. The rhythm is guided by the client’s energy and interests. Visits usually run around an 45 minutes to one hour. Long enough for a meaningful connection, but always flexible to meet you where you are!
Visits can take place in the home, outdoors, or in local community spaces.
Yes! Soulful connection can happen anywhere. I offer Zoom sessions for those who prefer or need remote companionship.
Many older adults feel unseen or disconnected, even when surrounded by family. Soulful Seasons offers gentle companionship that helps them feel heard, valued, and reconnected to what brings them joy and meaning.
Absolutely. We will connect to learn about your loved one and coordinate visits that feel right for them. I also offer regular updates and can include you in parts of the journey, with their permission.
Pricing depends on visit length and package type. Seasonal and custom options are available, and I’m happy to discuss what best fits your goals and budget.
Yes. You are welcome to purchase multiple packages at once or extend your loved one’s visits as their journey unfolds. Each new season can be customized to reflect their changing interests, needs, or life chapter.
With the client’s consent, I provide gentle updates to loved ones, sharing highlights, themes, or simple reflections from our time together. My goal is to keep families connected while honoring the privacy and independence of the person I serve. Full and Half season packages also conclude with a personalized digital keepsake reflecting the moments we have shared!
TimeSlips is a creative engagement approach that uses imagination and storytelling to encourage connection and self-expression, particularly for older adults and people living with dementia. Instead of asking someone to remember facts or provide the “right” answer, we use creativity and curiosity to explore what they see, imagine, and feel. It can be a wonderful way to encourage conversation, laughter, creativity, and meaningful connection in the present moment.

No. While TimeSlips is especially meaningful for people living with dementia or other cognitive changes, its creative approach can be enjoyable for many older adults. Activities can be adapted to the individual based on their interests, abilities, comfort level, and desire to participate.
An End-of-Life Doula provides non-medical emotional, practical, and spiritual support to individuals and families navigating serious illness, aging, dying, death, and legacy. My training through the University of Vermont helps me approach these tender conversations with compassion, comfort, and respect for each person's individual wishes, beliefs, and values.
Not at all. While end-of-life doulas can provide support as someone approaches death, much of this work is also about living meaningfully. My training influences how I approach conversations about aging, life reflection, legacy, wishes, meaning, and what matters most. These skills are woven naturally into my companionship work and can be valuable long before end-of-life support is needed.
